349: I’M FINALLY ON A YOUTUBE CHANNEL CALLED ‘THROUGH THE EYES OF JEFFERSON’

Today, February 16, 2026, is Presidents Day during the year when our nation is celebrating its 250th birthday. And for me, there’s no better way to celebrate this incredible patriotic time in our country than to bring our Presidents to life in a series of YouTube videos created by my photographer.

Our first video, which is strictly an introduction, describes what the series is all about. It also features my photographer listing all of the Presidents in order from the worst to his favorite. And wouldn’t ya know it; I got some preferential treatment.

But the whole premise of the YouTube series is to bring my photographer’s Presidential slideshow to a wider audience. This afternoon, around 3:30pm, the video ‘JEFFERSON’S SALUTE TO GEORGE WASHINGTON’ was published and is now available to view. Here is a quick link to that show:

Our goal is to have a huge audience of Presidential enthusiasts, but we need your help. If you watch the video and like it, please share the link with your friends on social media. The show about Washington’s life is 51:56 in length, but we think it will be worth your time.

In the upcoming days and weeks, my photographer plans on releasing more of our Presidential videos on YouTube – with the next show featuring the life of John Adams. My photographer will post a link to all shows in this blog.

Tom and I hope you enjoy the show – please subscribe to his channel and leave us a comment. And as always, thank you for your support.

Thomas Watson

My name is Thomas Watson and I've been a U.S. history fanatic since I was 9 years old. In 2013, I decided to take my passion to the next level when I purchased a Thomas Jefferson bobble head with the sole intention of photographing that bobble head at Presidential sites. From that first day on July 10, 2013 at Spiegel Grove in Fremont, Ohio, this journey has taken on a life of its own. Now, nearly 40,000 miles later, I thought it was time to share the experiences, stories, and photos of Jefferson's travels. Keep in mind, this entire venture has been done with the deepest respect for the men who held the office as our President; no matter what their political affiliations, personal ambitions, or public scandals may have been. This blog is intended to be a true tribute to the Presidents of the United States and this story will be told Through the Eyes of Jefferson. I hope you enjoy the ride!
