A WORD FROM JEFFERSON

As I stand in front of the White House with my friends John Adams and James Madison, I wanted to let you know that on Tuesday November 12, 2019 we started to have issues with my blog. Those website issues continued through this morning November 16th; but hopefully all of the problems have been resolved. I am very sorry for any inconvenience those issues may have caused.

I sincerely hope that everyone who has taken the time to read my blog has enjoyed some of it. I have a favor to ask: Please leave comments as I need feedback to improve the content. What do you like and what do you think needs improving? Do you have any positive suggestions to make this blog better? I would also like to know which city and state you live in; please write and let me know. Your email address will not appear in this blog; I promise that. And one last ask: please sign up and follow this blog. Right now, I have only three official followers. Don’t be shy; follow me as I post my Presidential travels. As of this post, I have had 1,179 hits; and that number is growing minutely. Rick, did you like how I slipped that in?

For those of you who like this blog and have Facebook or another social media outlet, please tell your friends about me and my blog. I DO NOT get any monetary compensation for any of this, I just want to share my experiences with the WORLD!

Thank you for reading this and for your support of Through the Eyes of Jefferson. Now get ready for another adventure!

Sincerely, Thomas Jefferson, bobble head extraordinaire

Thomas Watson

My name is Thomas Watson and I've been a U.S. history fanatic since I was 9 years old. In 2013, I decided to take my passion to the next level when I purchased a Thomas Jefferson bobble head with the sole intention of photographing that bobble head at Presidential sites. From that first day on July 10, 2013 at Spiegel Grove in Fremont, Ohio, this journey has taken on a life of its own. Now, nearly 40,000 miles later, I thought it was time to share the experiences, stories, and photos of Jefferson's travels. Keep in mind, this entire venture has been done with the deepest respect for the men who held the office as our President; no matter what their political affiliations, personal ambitions, or public scandals may have been. This blog is intended to be a true tribute to the Presidents of the United States and this story will be told Through the Eyes of Jefferson. I hope you enjoy the ride!
