315: LEE HARVEY OSWALD’S ROLE IN THE JFK ASSASSINATION NOW ON ‘HAIL TO THE CHIEF’

After three consecutive episodes of my show, ‘Hail to the Chief’, where I paid tribute and walked in the footsteps of our 35th President John F. Kennedy, Part 4 of the installment focuses on the escapades of the alleged Presidential assassin Lee Harvey Oswald.

In no way do I attempt to glorify the assassin, nor do I condone any assassin’s actions, but JFK’s life story wouldn’t be complete without diving into his assassination and possible motives for the killing. My photographer also finds a way to put his two cents in as to who he believes killed JFK and why they did it. This might be another episode you won’t want to miss – but make sure you have some popcorn to munch on.

Please click on the link below to watch Part 4 of my JFK Tribute and do me a huge favor, please share the episodes with your friends on social media. Also, hit the ‘thumbs up button’, unless you think Tom and I sucked at telling the story. And lastly, please leave a comment – we love to know what you think of our show. Yeah, I know, the commercials blow chunks.

Here’s the link and thank you for your support. On November 15, 2024, I will be heading to the Cleveland area of Ohio for a two-day James Garfield extravaganza. During that time, I will get the honor of meeting Tim Garfield, the President’s great-great grandson, who is rolling out the red carpet for me and my companions. My photographer is also taking me to Garfield’s birthplace; then to his home and college in Hiram, then onward to his home in Mentor; and we will finish up at the Garfield Memorial in Lake View Cemetery. Stay tuned for those stories – I’m sure my head will be spinning when we return home.

Thomas Watson

My name is Thomas Watson and I've been a U.S. history fanatic since I was 9 years old. In 2013, I decided to take my passion to the next level when I purchased a Thomas Jefferson bobble head with the sole intention of photographing that bobble head at Presidential sites. From that first day on July 10, 2013 at Spiegel Grove in Fremont, Ohio, this journey has taken on a life of its own. Now, nearly 40,000 miles later, I thought it was time to share the experiences, stories, and photos of Jefferson's travels. Keep in mind, this entire venture has been done with the deepest respect for the men who held the office as our President; no matter what their political affiliations, personal ambitions, or public scandals may have been. This blog is intended to be a true tribute to the Presidents of the United States and this story will be told Through the Eyes of Jefferson. I hope you enjoy the ride!
